Stretching along the Pacific coast of South America, Chile is a long country that impresses with its diverse landscape. In larger Chilean cities, credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops. The official currency is the Chilean peso (CLP). You can easily withdraw cash from ATMs, which are widespread in urban areas.
